Carnival King and Queen

Every year we look for two special people to be our King and Queen for the day.  This year, we are holding a drawing competition.

This year our drawing competition theme is Carnival – so we want to receive your best drawings.

You can get a form by downloading from our link Drawing Competition Entry Formor by going to Canvey Island Library.

Not only do the winners get to ride on the Carnival float in this year’s parade, there is also a fabulous prize for the girl and boy with the winning entries.

6 runner ups will also be chosen to also ride on the float on the day so we look forward to receiving all your fabulous entries.

Closing date for entries is 27th March 2020. You can hand them in by emailing them to us

Carnival Court 2019

This years competition to select our King and Queen for the day asked children, aged 7 to 11, to draw us their best Disney picture and the lucky winners were Frankie and Ellie-Rose.

Frankie and Ellie-Rose were our special guests for the day and rode on our Carnival float, along with the runner ups who were Carli, Sydney, Isabella, Darcy, Gracie-May and Ellie-Rose.

We hope you enjoyed your special day!
